TELEKOM Brunei Berhad’s (TelBru) sole branch in Muara officially reopened its doors yesterday to the enthusiasm of local residents who may once again gain streamlined access to the company’s over-the-counter services that are closer to home.
Keeping in mind the importance of limiting the amount of time for renovations to take place as a means to maintain convenience to TelBru’s customers whilst ensuring compliance to strict HSE protocols, the changes to the company’s branch is part and parcel of TelBru’s efforts to provide uniformity throughout its various locations, that includes free Internet surfing.
The modest reopening ceremony headed by the TelBru Chief Executive Officer David Holliday commenced with the recitation of Doa Selamat to bless the revamped infrastructure in the presence of other senior staff of the company’s management and patrons who had arrived early for the start of the business day.
Operating hours for the Muara branch are from 8.15am to 4pm (Monday to Thursday and Saturday), and from 8.15am to 11.30am and again from 2.30pm to 4pm on Friday.
For bill payment, broadband upgrades and data purchases, patrons are encouraged to register with ‘My TelBru’ and download the mobile application available for both Android and iOS. For further inquiries, contact the Customer Care line at 111.
